  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During busy periods or new product releases, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within New Zealand

  • We currently ship within New Zealand only.

  • All orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Orders are shipped using reputable New Zealand courier services.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • North Island: 1–3 business days

    • South Island: 2–4 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Tracking

  • Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Packaging

  • We take care to package all trading cards securely to help ensure they arrive in the condition described.

  • Singles and higher-value cards are packaged with protective sleeves and rigid protection where appropriate.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Rare Candy Collectables is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier.

  • If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
